Food and Beverage Minimums

Sun. – Thu. – $1000

Fri. & Sat. – $2000 

DEPOSIT: All deposits are non-refundable and any reservation will not be confirmed until the deposit along with a signed contract has been received.

F&B MINIMUM: All food and bar/beverage selections will go towards this amount. The minimum is exclusive of rental fees, tax and service charge

CHILDREN: Under 12 can either be included in the adult buffet for a discounted price of $10 each, or served an a-la-carte children’s meal at the same time the adult food is presented, Options are Chicken finger basket with fries and honey mustard , Noodles with either Marinara or Alfredo sauce ,Grilled cheese with fries or Cheeseburger with fries.

DIETARY RESTRICTIONS: We always cater to our guests with dietary restrictions with an a-la-carte meal. Be they vegans, gluten intolerant, vegetarians etc. we’ll take very good care of them !

ALCOHOL: 10 Downing bar is based on consumption. State and local laws do not allow us to offer “drink packages”. Limits can be set for the bar and you may offer a cash option to your guests, please consult with our banquet manager to discuss your alcohol service options. Nobody under 21 is allowed to consume alcohol. Guests are not permitted to bring any alcohol into the venue, local and state laws expressly forbid this.

SALES TAX: All food and beverage will be subject to a 20% service charge and 7% Georgia sales tax. Liquor will incur an additional 3 % City of Savannah excise tax.

GUARANTEED GUEST COUNT: Please keep our banquet manager updated on your guest count. Your final guest must be confirmed no later than 7 days prior to your event.

PAYMENT POLICY: Payment must be paid in full at the completion of your event less any deposits already paid. Acceptable payment methods include, cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover or a certified check. Personal checks will NOT be accepted as a form of payment. No coupons of other discounts are valid with a special event. If you wish to use a debit card, we highly recommend that you notify your bank to allow for a large transaction.

MUSIC: We will provide appropriate background music and you are able to connect an MP3 player to our audio system or any device with a headphone input will work.

PARKING: We recommend the City of Savannah garage located at  Whitaker and Bryan St, as it is only a 2 min walk to the restaurant. Charges are hourly/daily  and a block of spaces together can be reserved by calling (912) 525-2820. There is another garage located on Drayton Street and Bryan Street that is about a 4 min walk to the restaurant.

DECORATING: Access is available on the day of the event for decorating after 10am
